Very rare book "Olaf is Late" by Joan Lexau, illustrated by Harvey Weiss, The Dial Press New York, copyright 1963.
Cloth cover with a boy (Olaf) shown in motion, orange end pages showing him continuing on in motion, few pencil markings on first illustrated page, a few finger smudges and smears, otherwise nice and clean and beautifully illustrated.
This is a cute story book about a boy that wakes up late and then forgets why he slept in and why he was late to school and how he gets his memory working again at the end.
